This unique all-polyester urethane pig is unmatched in flexibility and durability. The simplicity of design means this pig can be redressed in the field 85% faster than a conventional steel body pig (mandrel pig). The aggressive cup designs adapt rapidly to out-of-round pipe, dents, tight bends and a broad spectrum of pipe wall thicknesses. Super Pig’s ability to accommodate multi-diameter pipelines is exceptional.
The multitude of options in cup design and the opportunity to configure Super Pigs with cups, discs and brushes to accommodate the requirements of an individual pipeline make this pig an excellent choice for pipeline cleaning, filming or chemical batching, de-scaling, paraffin removal, and gauging. It can easily accommodate transmitters or magnet packs used for Pig Signallers, Pig Locating and Pig Tracking equipment and can be used in lined or non-metallic systems. Available for 3” – 48” pipelines.
